Our Story
At HL Access Referral Partners, we saw a need for a place where active or inactive Virginia real estate agents can place their license with the following benefits:
- Keep their license active without the cost of annual association dues or MLS fees
- Get rid of monthly office fees
- No E&O fees
- Keeping their license without working in real estate
- Making money with their real estate license by making referrals
- Referring friends, family, and past clients throughout the state, country, or the world
What to expect when you join HL Access Referral Partners
HL Access Referral Partners is only available to agents with a Virginia real estate license
We know that getting a Virginia real estate license was not easy, so why let it go? Putting your license in a referral company allows you to keep it active without all the expense. You can't list or sell real estate when you are in a referral company, but you can give out referrals and receive a referral fee when the deal closes.
With our company, you pay an annual admin fee of $100. You make up to 75% of your referral fees. If you decide you want to start listing and selling again, all you have to do is transfer your license out of our referral company and pay your fees to get started again.
